At the Register, John, was very pleasant, friendly and helpful asking my questions of the store's Reward Program. I told him I have not received any discounts since I have been a member of your Gordmans Reward Program. I was offered to reapply by John to get future Rewards. I liked his extra assistance he gave to me."

"Gordman's has gone way downhill since the ownership change. Its impossible to find anything on these rows of racks just crammed together. Gordman's used to have dress clothes for work and now it is all jeans and stretchy legging-type pants. The pet treats used to bring me in and I would easily spend $80 on treats. Now, there are barely any treats and they are all for small dogs. Disappointment!"

"Gordman’s is a great store with awesome prices. Sometimes navigating through crowded aisles is a bit of a frustration, but I always seem to find something that I like. The cashier was very friendly, though she was the only person to greet me during a half hour visit to the store."

"Everything else was fine except for the Juniors Department Leader being clueless and no help what so ever. I walked the department many times and I could see her texting and taking pictures on her phone constantly ignoring other associates and telling others to do somethings she should have done. I do not know why Gordmans would allow such a flagrant display of a power trip."
